Say Yes to Hoboken

Finished!!!

The half marathon was on Saturday and it went great! I finished faster than I had expected, which felt good. I ended up running virtually the whole thing with our friend Shayne (whose wife, Daisy, sped ahead at the start finishing almost twenty minutes before us-she’s super hard core). It was fun to run with someone else, especially since I wasn’t expecting to. We pushed each other, finishing in under two hours (and just in time to nurse Hungry Hank, patiently waiting for his meal at the finish line).

I ran so fast toward the finish line that Jared couldn’t get a good picture of me (ha ha), but here I am far away…..
