Liz, we have a connection. I was just sitting here with my brother Philip and he was asking me about some design thing that is coming up here in Salt Lake, and I said "oh, Alt Design Summit?" And he said, yes that's it…Jared is going to it…anyways long story short, he told me about your blog, Jordan's and Gabrielle's. I had no idea you were all related!!!
Love the links and that dress is to die for! Glad to hear you are having a goo new years. We are up in northern California looking for a place to live ( we are moving) fun fun lol…- Sarahhttp://agirlintransit.blogspot.com
Your blog has been one of the nicest discoveries of the year, thank you!!! And if you could tell me where that gold dress is from, you would wrap 2011 up in a bow for me!!Happy New Year!
Oh to have that sparkly dress hanging in my closet! HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Emma xx
Oh I love those two – what a super cute video! Happy new year to you!

LOVED the Que Sera Sera printable. I totally downloaded it. You do so good with your weekend roundups. Thanks for doing them =)
thanks liz!!
This is such a lovely wedding! Future inspiration.
LOVE this wedding snapshot. I opted for a ranch wedding myself. I Love being in nature, so it totally fit the bill for my husband and I. Hope you have a wonderful day!B.That Girl in Pearls
Hey Lauren! Yes I'll announce it on Friday!
Hello there, Did you select a winner for the honeysuckle skirt (for donating to Timber)?PS Your blog has such lovely images. I swoon and sigh daily.
I didn't watch the wedding but totally agree about the dress! And what a gorgeous wedding in the woods!
Great roundup, Liz! I've noticed you often link to Utah bloggers. We're pretty great, eh?
Thanks for sharing the Minted business cards link. I'm a student and often changing jobs, and I love the simple "Hello" card that just has the name and phone number. And that wedding in the woods photo is stunning. I would prefer that over the royal wedding any day (although both Kate and Pippa's dresses were absolutely gorgeous).
I didn't watch the wedding but pretty much spent the rest of the day clicking through all the pictures. That was a seriously gorgeous dress. And I do kind of wonder if they were just trying to survive the day! It seems like it would be SO high pressure.KaylaFreckles in April
thats a gorgeous image..i did watch the royal wedding..elegant and understated( the media and public frenzy, notwithstanding)..Despite the public nature of it, it seemed fairly private and personal as well! have a lovely weekend..I would like you to check out my impressions of the royal wedding when you have a moment! xx meenal
i love the 21st century girl business cards from minted! spotted them this morning and already played around with personalizing them – all their designs are gorgeous
I agree, I think it would be hard to enjoy it as well. But I hope they did- somehow.
I could hardly enjoy my own wedding, due to its size. If they managed to find a moment to truly savor, I would be VERY impressed. Unfortunately I think these kinds of events are best enjoyed by the spectators. XOCarlyAll This Grace and Charmhttp://allthisgraceandcharm.blogspot.com
I watched the whole ceremony and it was truly wonderful. They looked so happy, relaxed and in love. I live in the UK and yes, royal weddings do have a lot of pomp and circumstance – it just goes with the territory. It was actually quite simple and understated in comparison to most royal weddings and not a crazed media event at all.
