Say Yes to Hoboken

  • Coconut Ice Cream with Tart Cherries and Dark Chocolate Chunks

    Made some last night and can’t stop snacking on it throughout the day. I used this recipe but substituted tart cherries for the roasted, and added dark chocolate chunks so it was kind of a homemade coconut version of ben and jerry’s cherry garcia. The flavor combinations are really amazing.

      I say YES! to this ice cream. This looks amazing and like my kind of treat considering I love Everything coconut! Finally a reason to whip out my ice cream maker!

      We do an ice cream party every year where everyone brings their ice cream maker and a stuff for a fun recipe. I might have to put this one in my stash for this years party. Yum!

      Cherry Garcia is my favorite ice cream of all time. I'm definitely going to have to copy this!ps.       I have made this before (minus the dark chocolate although that sounds amazing!) and it was delicious! Probably the best ice cream I've ever had and I've had a lot of ice cream ;)
