Jared is getting home tonight from a few days backcountry skiing and Henry and I are both so excited to see him. We’ve been working the last couple mornings on putting together a crocodile polka dot welcome home banner for him (a true artistic collaboration), as evidenced here and here. I’m excited to spend time as a family this weekend. I’m thinking about making a huge pot of vegetable soup since our CSA veggie box just arrived today. Yum!

This week I had the chance to attend the FM Signal Conference here in San Francisco. All the powerhouses of independent web were there from twitter, facebook, google etc. Was a really great event. Plus! A pleasant surprise to see  my own Levi’s ad showcased by Adam Bain, the CEO of WordPress. It took me a couple seconds to realize it was me I was looking at on the screen! Ha!

Spotted some gorgeous images from Sydney Dance Company (image above) via Diana of exPress-o. I danced ballet for years growing up and still miss it sometimes. Such a beautiful form of expression.
