		<description><![CDATA[The olive oil and sea salt version sounds fantastic; I&#039;ll definitely have to try it. One of my faves uses microwave popcorn, any of the light butter varieties (buttery microwave popcorn can be too greasy). Pop as directed and while it&#039;s still hot pour about 1/3 into a bowl. Sprinkle with your favorite shredded cheese. Repeat until you&#039;ve got all the popcorn in the bowl. Top with more shredded cheese and microwave for 15 seconds or until the cheese melts. Add lemon pepper or garlic pepper or pepper flakes and devour!]]></description>
