Summers here are usually chilly and foggy but we’ve really lucked out the last couple days! This photo above is from yesterday at our favorite secluded little beach called China Beach (photos from another outing here), just 5 minutes from our house, with gorgeous views of the Golden Gate Bridge, the bay, and the rolling hills in Marin Headlands. It’s our favorite spot! Fingers crossed we get more days like this during these summer months. Up to anything fun this weekend? Here are some links to explore:
My instagram (@liz_stan) highlights of the week: Evening hike in Marin, Vietnamese food truck (seriously good eats), Jared paragliding on the coast,

One of my favourite beaches too! Love that spot. And those stairs! Phew!!
I love that little library party. My librarian brain is already planning on when I can throw one for my 2 year old daughter. . . .
*gasp!* thank you for linking to my little Paige’s party! My ego just shot up about 100%.
Oh my! I can not believe I found this post! Just found your blog! I lived in San Francisco for a summer during college and lived on Lake Street. My apartment was wonderful (top floor and perfect view of Golden Gate Bridge) and three blocks from China Beach. What a jewel!! I spent almost every one of my days off tanning (it was the late 80′s) on the top part of the guard building there. What a walk down memory lane. You are very lucky to live there. I wish you many beautiful days!
Now that;s what I call a beach with a view! Love all your links…especially the Stella floor lamp.
