Hi friends! How was your week? Above is a shot coming back from preschool with Henry a couple days ago. Those fall leaves on the ground are so pretty, I love the little path they make. I have lots and lots of fun stuff planned the next few weeks, it’s been super crazy here getting everything ready. The holidays seem to get busier and busier every year for bloggers and this year is no exception! So many ideas and things in the works- get excited! Up to anything fun? Henry has double birthday parties tomorrow, I might have to sneak in a couple hours of work, and then maybe we’ll make some yummy soup. Oh, and last night was my first time going to Pop Up Magazine. It was awesome. Have a great one!
Sooo excited Pinterest now has private boards! Mine are already full with all the ideas I had previously been saving on random post-it notes.

hi Liz! I LOVE all of your recommendations, they always inspire me, THANK YOU! I have a question though: I wanted to make the cheddar chowder soup but I have a couple of questions….
1. here in Spain we don’t have canned cream corn… is it OK if I use regular canned corn and then I put it in the food processor with milk?
2. cheddar cheese is not very common here so… can I use any other kind? is grated emmental cheese ok?
thanks a lot Liz and have a good day!
Hi Anna- I’m not sure about your canned cream corn question but maybe do a quick search on the internet? As for the cheese, as long as it melts well you can probably use a variety of substitutes.
hi LIz, thanks, I did the recipe last night and it was sooo good
